Committee roles

• Sponsor point of contact

• NOT part of the committee, but can include sponsor committee members

• BOD members are expected to be a Sponsor Point of Contact to at least one sponsor

• Maintains relationships with sponsors, and relays communications to sponsorship committee

• Clerk

• Maintains the NCC Sponsor List

• Takes minutes at committee meetings

Communication with the Social Media Manager

• The line of communication with the Social Media Manager (currently Tanya) will be through the Sponsor Point of Contacts

• The chair of the committee will prompt Sponsor Point of Contacts to reach out to the Social Media Manager with relevant posts for their sponsor, and for the amount of posts that are necessary for their sponsor levels.
