Being that 2020, and at least the first half of the 2021, are anything but typical, we are adjusting our New Year’s Day tradition. This year, we will still gather at noon, but virtually on Zwift.
Indeed, always a fun event. I hope others pop in with a little bit of commentary.
Unfortunately, our traditional NYD ride leader David Goodwin could not make it this year- but for a good reason- preparing for ‘cross nationals. So, but default I guess I was chosen to plan out a route and lead.

It was a blustery 35 degrees at noon and we were about 20 riders at the start and picked up a few more on the way.

Anyway, it was 43 degrees when I rode past the Silverscape clock. There were around 20 of us – we left the Academy right at noon so if you showed up late – you missed the ride.
