NCC Junior Cyclocross Training Program

Pedaling in sand is never easy.

The final Jr Cyclocross session for 2018 is Monday, June 11!

We’re going to start with some fun races on the course and then break for pizza and popsicles. Also, the t-shirts are in and are available for pickup. If you can’t make it to the final night, the t-shirts will be available for pickup at the first couple of Monday night youth races.

Program runs for 5 Mondays April 23 through May 21.
Event details, photos, and video are listed below our amazing sponsors!

NCC partners with the Northampton Parks & Recreation Department to run 5 sessions for youth in grades 2 through 8. Want to ride with the kids? We need volunteers to help out each evening. Volunteers get credit for racer rewards. You do not need to commit to all of the sessions. Contact Tom Hoogendyk if you are interested.

Our series sponsors are listed above, including Northampton Area Pediatrics, whom has been the presenting sponsor for the last ten years! We are gracious for all of the sponsor’s continued support.

Riders will focus on:
• Riding safely in a group,
• Bunny-hopping obstacles,
• Riding through sand,
• Sprinting and braking,

• A FINAL WEEK RACE!
