River Valley cyclocross racers are lucky enough to have local race options on many of the fall weekends, but this weekend had NCC on the road.
As the cyclocross season gets into full swing, there were two events this week.
NCC showed up big in their first home race of the season, securing 7 podium finishes on a scorcher of a day in Holyoke. Big thank you to Justin Eichenlaub and all of the volunteers who made this event happen.
The New England cyclocross season started on Sunday with Comp Edge’s Blunt Park CX event on a twisty, rooty course in Springfield. A strong NCC contingent—from junior Trail Blasters to seasoned master’s racers—showed up to shake off the cobwebs and start off the River Valley Cyclocross Series.
