We had six riders on a gorgeous evening tonight for the penultimate Intro ride of the year. We rode the Hatfield loop, with riders demonstrating the paceline skills that they’ve been honing on these Intro rides along with quite a few C rides. The paceline rotations were smooth and well-organized, and we averaged a brisk 14+ mph. Your ride leader apologizes for a brief lapse of attention that led to a missed turn at Cronin Hill Road, but apart from that everything went swimmingly.
We are taking next Monday off for Labor Day, and will ride one final Intro ride on Monday September 12. Thanks to everyone who has been coming out this year, and hope to see you at the season finale in two weeks!
