Thank you to the many NCC folk who came out this year to the Zoom Twilight Crits! Quite often the race was comprised of three quarters NCC racers, and many of whom were new racers.
Special thanks go out to our to our USAC official Chris DeHahn for his time on the finish line, Rodney Furr for all the time helping on the course, and all the other volunteers on site.
Tito’s Taqueria presented some great prizes for the top step each week, and we couldn’t recommend their food enough!
Warner Farm is the origin of the famous corn primes, and even better corn (they have a great farm store -Millstone- on Rt. 47 in Sunderland).
You can find all the race results uploaded to Road-Results for the individual weeks.
Race photos came in hot this year thanks to Jeff Fowler, check out some of his amazing photos from the first three weeks.
We also have google albums from each week (feel free to add some of your own photos):
We have fun putting on this event and it’s great to see everyone come out to compete and learn on this fun course. Let your friends know about this race for the future! We will try to reposition the series to the early July next year.
For those of you who are cyclocross racers, there is a new local CX Series in the Valley! The River Valley CX Series encompases the early season cx calendar with Blunt Park CX (this Sunday!), Hydra Cross (NCC members receive a discount), Tree House CX, and Ghosts CX.
