It was a hot and humid ride this evening. The weather at the start of the ride was around 92 degrees, but it felt like 96!
We had eight riders for our adventure this evening. I’m gearing up for the JAM Fund Grand Fundo this weekend and really wanted to do a little more elevation today. We set out for the Hemenway-North Farms route, which has about 1,600 feet of climbing.
The climbing may have been a bit much for a Tuesday C ride, but we all made it through. Keeping with tradition, we had an animal sighting. Today, it was cows.

I had a nasty flat in my tubeless tire. For some reason I was unable to plug it.

Upon our return to Pulaski Park there was a big crowd to watch salsa dancing.
In total, we rode approximately 25 miles with 1,600 feet of climbing. Our ride time was 1 hour and 55 minutes.
I promised everyone that next week’s ride will be very flat.
