As many of you are already aware, Northampton’s Look Park will soon (November 6th and 7th) be hosting the 30th edition of the Verge Northampton International Cyclocross race… as such it is the nation’s oldest UCI cross race. This event is a significant milestone for the club as it marks the end of many of your cycling seasons.
Please come and show your support for both our club and those members who have chosen to race…. historically we have seen approximately 700 participants per day. Your encouragement is especially appreciated by our junior racers who are often too bashful to invite their friends. And if you’re so inclined, reach out and volunteer at the event.
Remember there will be both food and beer available to improve your day. If you can find an NCC board member at the event, there just might be some free beer tickets available!
