The Annual NCC Member Meeting is coming up on Sunday, February 16th and you are invited! Come kick off the the season with a whole bunch of your fellow members, riders, and friends.
We’re at a new location this year – Abandoned Building Brewery in Easthampton (in Eastworks). They’ve been around a few years, and they’re a BikeFest sponsor, so we thought it’d be fun to host the meeting there. We’ll also be serving various hors d’oeuvres and great company will abound.

The agenda’s pretty informal, but we have to be out of there on time. We encourage you to (responsibly) keep the party going at any of the other local establishments, though.
Tentative Agenda:
- 5:00 – 5:30 – Snacks and drinks, while discussing winter weight gain
- 5:30 – 5:45 – Business: Announcements, Board of Directors Election Vote
- 5:45 – 6:50 – Awards ceremony
- 6:50 – 7:00 – Wrap up
Thank you for being a NCC Member – you are the club. We are 100% volunteer-run. Your membership, sponsorship and volunteering make every ride, event, and grant award happen. Don’t forget to renew for 2020. We’re looking forward to another great year, full of youth and family events, exciting races, and making the Pioneer Valley the best place in the state to ride a bike.
